The KDAB Cylindrical Gear Reduction is made of high-quality alloy steel. After carburizing and quenching, the hardness of the tooth surface can reach HRC60. It has high allowable stress and good wear resistance, so it has large bearing capacity and long service life.
The transmission ratio of KDAB Cylindrical Gear Reduction range is wide (7.1~500), compact structure and large carrying capacity (maximum rated power is 3400kW). Therefore, it has strong applicability and can be widely used in various machines driven by different prime movers.
Gear and bearings are generally splash lubrication for easy maintenance. According to actual needs, fan cooling, annular cooling, or fan heating annular cooling, or pressure circulation lubrication can be used.

The shaft axis of the low speed shaft of KDAB Cylindrical Gear Reduction should be concentric with the axis of the intermediate rotating device. The skew should be less than 1° (when there is no radial displacement) and the radial displacement is less than 1.9mm (when there is no skew).
Motor speed regulation should be gradually adjusted from low speed to high speed or high speed to low speed. It should not be converted from low speed to high speed or high speed to low speed in an instant.
The KDAB Cylindrical Gear Reduction must be replaced with new lubricant after it has been running for 300h. The oil is then replaced every 2000 hours of operation. Other lubrication points should also be regularly removed and lubricated.
