- Introduction
The planetary cycloid pin wheel gear reducer is a new type of reducer with advanced design and novel structure, which is based on the principle of planetary transmission and adopts cycloid pin tooth meshing. The cycloid pin wheel gear reducer can be widely used in various transmission machinery, such as: lifting, transportation, mining, metallurgy, petrochemical, textile, printing and dyeing, light industry, pharmaceutical, food machinery and so on.
- Special Points
Large transmission ratio: the transmission ratio is 1/6-1/87 at the first stage, 1/99-1/5133 at the second stage, 1/5841-17658503 at the second stage, and more stages can be adopted as required.
The transmission efficiency is high: because the machine meshing part uses rolling engagement, so the average efficiency can reach more than 90%.
Small volume and light weight: not only the planetary transmission principle is adopted, the input shaft and output shaft are on the same axis, but also have the uniqueness of being in direct connection with the motor, so the machine has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume and light weight.
Few faults and long life: The main transmission meshing parts of the machine are made of bearing steel, so the mechanical properties are good, wear resistance is good, and the rolling friction is used, so the machine has fewer faults and longer life.

Cycloidal model:
According to the transmission ratio, the first, the two and the three levels are divided.
There are 13 models for single-stage: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 9, and 9.
There are 12 models at the two-stage: 00, 20, 42, 53, 63, 74, 84, 85, 95, 106, 117, 128.
The three-stage has eight kinds of models: 5, 420742842853953106, 3117, 4128.
According to the structure type, it can be divided into four types: horizontal, vertical, double shaft and direct connection.
- Speed Ratio:
The transmission ratios of single-stage deceleration are 6, 9, 11, 17, 21, 23, 25, 29, 35, 43, 47, 47, 47, and 43.
The transmission ratios of the two-stage deceleration are 99, 121, 187, 289, 319, 385, 473, 493, 595, 649, 731, 841, 1003, 1225, 1505, 1849, 2065, 2537, 3045, 3481, 5133.
- Maintain
cycloid pin wheel gear reducer is allowed to operate in both positive and negative directions in continuous working conditions. Some types of cycloid pin wheel gear reducer are only allowed to rotate in one direction.
The rated speed of the input shaft is 1500 rpm. It is recommended to use 960 RPM 6-pole motor when the input power is more than 18.5 kW.
Horizontal cycloid pin wheel gear reducer is lubricated by oil pool under normal conditions. The oil level can be kept in the middle of the window. Circulating lubrication can be used when the working conditions are bad and the ambient temperature is high.
The factory's reducer has been lubricated and replaced every six months. Grease adopts two aluminum sulfide -2# or 2L-2# lithium grease.
- Common fault
In the long term operation of the reducer, faults such as wear and leakage often occur.
The bearing chamber of the reducer is worn, which in turn includes wear of the housing bearing housing, the bearing housing of the housing, and the bearing housing of the transmission.
